About me

I’m passionate about images and the stories they tell. I’ve been involved in photography for about 30 years, in roles ranging from Picture Editor for the Foreign Office’s London Press Service to one of the official photographers in Whitehall.

London-based, I previously worked in the British Government - attending photoshoots including at 10 Downing Street and Buckingham Palace - for photo-calls, campaign launches and for digital marketing activity. I also produce photo blogs for the Italian Talks travel blog website.
I’ve also photographed charity campaigns as in-kind support.

Previously, I worked in fashion, the arts, motoring and wider business areas, with roles including Picture Editor for the Institute of Directors’ “Director” magazine and Head of Press and PR for a top-end shoe designer. In these roles I have commissioned and directed photography shoots, sourced photographs and illustrations, edited photographs, and sold photographs and stories into the press.

On a more personal level, I love landscape and travel photography and delight in using my photographs to create fine art.
